2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tb555. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tb555 platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
tb555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tb555 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are published and enforceable in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
tb555 may at its sole discretion refuse to open an account or suspend an existing account for any Player who provides false registration information, is found to be a minor, is located in a Prohibited Territory, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Services under applicable law.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of tb555 Services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and maintain a tb555 account only if all of the following conditions are met:

- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3.2 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, a valid email address, your Bangladesh mobile number, and your date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
3.3 KYC Verification
tb555 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following government-issued documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Additional proof of address or proof of payment method may be requested at tb555's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted on your tb555 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials strictly confidential. tb555 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tb555 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be taken.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
tb555 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve Bangladeshi players conveniently and securely, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your tb555 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tb555 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your balance.
- tb555 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
- tb555 reserves the right to request proof of the deposit method used (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction confirmation) as part of ongoing KYC or fraud prevention checks.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC will be queued until verification is finalised.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours from the time of request approval, depending on the payment method and verification status.
- tb555 may delay or suspend a withdrawal where a Player's account is under review for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
- Any withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirement having been met in full prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
tb555 processes all transactions in BDT. tb555 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. If you deposit using a payment instrument denominated in a different currency, any conversion to BDT is handled by your payment provider and tb555 bears no responsibility for the exchange rate applied.
4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations
tb555 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. tb555 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to a Player's account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the account being restricted or closed, and relevant information being reported to applicable authorities.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
tb555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless the individual promotion specifies different terms, the following default wagering conditions apply to all bonus credits issued by tb555:
- The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (including live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) may contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the specific bonus terms.
- tb555 reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates for wagering purposes at any time, with reasonable prior notice published on the promotions page.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
tb555 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus-funded win, structured wagering designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal game risk, and collusion between Players to trigger referral rewards unlawfully.
Any Player determined to have engaged in bonus abuse, at tb555's sole discretion, will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, their account suspended, and any real-money balance reviewed prior to return.
5.3 Promotional Changes
tb555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including during its active period, where there is evidence of widespread abuse, a technical error in the promotion setup, or where continued operation of the promotion would be commercially unreasonable. In such circumstances, tb555 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and honour legitimate bonus claims made in good faith prior to the cancellation.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
tb555 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tb555 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Accessing or using the Services from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal under applicable law.
- Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
- Opening, operating, or otherwise using more than one tb555 account simultaneously or sequentially.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with tb555 games or betting markets in a manner not intended for human players.

tb555 employs a dedicated Risk and Compliance team that monitors platform activity 24/7 using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Decisions made by tb555's Risk team regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding, subject to an internal appeals process available by contacting [email protected].
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the tb555 platform — including but not limited to the tb555 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, game assets, text, code, database structures, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to tb555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
tb555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any content from tb555 without express prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from tb555 content or software.
- Use the tb555 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation from tb555.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or failure in any tb555 game or betting market, tb555 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the malfunction period and to refund the corresponding stake to the affected Player's account balance. tb555 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunctions, including loss of anticipated winnings.
8.3 Cap on Liability
In no event shall tb555's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tb555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
8.4 Player Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity. tb555 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred during normal, lawful use of the Services. 8.5 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
